Payments and additional information

I am in-network with the following Massachusetts insurance providers for individual therapy:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Harvard Pilgrim

  • Mass General Brigham

  • Optum/United Healthcare

  • Tufts

Insurance coverage and benefits may vary by plan. Please feel free to contact me to see if I am in-network with your plan, or contact your insurance provider directly.

I accept private pay in Massachusetts.

  • I provide therapy in Massachusetts.

    I offer virtual telehealth therapy services using a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Clients must be physically located in Massachusetts during telehealth sessions, in accordance with state and licensing regulations.

    I am not taking in-person clients at this time.

  • All of my services and communication are through HIPAA-compliant and confidential platforms and spaces. The client portal is secure and confidential.

    Notice of Privacy Practices

    • Whether I am in-network or out-of-network with your specific plan and what coverage your plan has for psychotherapy and related services.

    • If your plans covers telehealth psychotherapy sessions.

    • Your responsibility for any portion of payment, such as copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.

    • Whether your plan covers more than one session per week, if necessary.

    • If there is a limit to how many psychotherapy sessions your plan covers.

    • What the reimbursement rates are for out-of-network services, depending on your plan and coverage.

  • Individual therapy, 60 minutes: $200

    I may be able to offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis, based on individual need.

    For out-of-network insurance plans, I can provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your benefits.
