Insurance Payments

I am in-network with the following Massachusetts insurance providers for individual therapy:

  • Aetna

  • Mass General Brigham

  • Optum/United Healthcare

I will be in-network with additional insurance providers in the near future. Please check back for updates.

I accept private pay for individual therapy in Massachusetts.

Insurance coverage and benefits may vary by plan. Please feel free to contact me to see if I am in-network with your plan, or contact your insurance provider directly.

  • I primarily offer telehealth therapy services via HIPAA-compliant video platforms. Clients must be physically located in Massachusetts during telehealth sessions, in accordance with state and licensing regulations.

    I have limited in-person availability.

  • All of my services and communication are through HIPAA-compliant and confidential platforms.

    Notice of Privacy Practices

    • Whether I am in-network or out-of-network with your specific plan and what coverage does your plan have for psychotherapy and related services.

    • If your plans covers telehealth psychotherapy sessions.

    • Your responsibility for any portion of payment, such as copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.

    • Whether your plan covers more than one session per week, if necessary.

    • If there is a limit on how many psychotherapy sessions your plan covers.

    • What are the reimbursement rates for out-of-network services, depending on your plan and coverage.

  • Initial Evaluation: $175

    Individual therapy: $175 per 55-60 minute session

    I may be able to offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis, based on individual need.

    For out-of-network insurance plans, I can provide you with a monthly invoice for potential reimbursement, depending on your benefits.

What to expect after contacting me:

I will email you within 48 business hours to schedule a consult call or an intake session, depending on your preference. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

If you decide you would like to start therapy at this time, we will schedule an intake session. Before our initial session, you will receive an email invitation to create your client portal account, where there will be forms to complete and sign, such as intake, consent, practice policy, and insurance forms.

The client portal is HIPAA-compliant, secure, and confidential.
